Objectives
The objectives of WP7 are:
- To monitor results to control their scientific quality regarding the fulfilment of the planned objectives, quality of the result, timing, spent resources and worldwide state of the art
- To set up an efficient organisation to support the project, with special attention paid to financial, logistics, information, coordination issues, quality and conformity to FP7 rules and procedures
- To prepare the financial and technical reports for the European Commission

The coordination and overall management of the InnoVine project will utilize the project management expertise of two partner institutions INRA and INRA Transfert together with the expertise of WP leaders. The overall coordination will be the responsibility of INRA who will be the legal entity responsible for all contractual arrangements and submission of the reports to the European Community, while INRA Transfert will carry out the operational technical and financial management. This includes, the day-to-day administrative and financial administration, such as collection, validation and consolidation of reports for the EC, monitoring of expenses against budget allocations, financial follow-up , assistance in administrative and financial issues, preparation of amendments...
